My Story

My connection to energy began long before I understood it. As a little girl of nine, I found myself collecting crystals - instinctively drawn to their beauty and comfort without knowing why. I was always sensitive to the atmosphere of a room and the emotions of the people around me, a gift I didn’t recognise at the time.

Life brought deep challenges early on. I lost my father in a tragic accident when I was five, and over time that unprocessed grief settled into my body, eventually manifesting as fibromyalgia. When medication only made things worse, I knew there had to be another way. That’s when Reiki entered my life.

​

Reiki, along with my growing connection to crystals, helped stabilise my health and supported me through some of the darkest chapters of my life - allowing me to function, raise my son, and continue working. Then more loss arrived. I lost my mum suddenly, and shortly after, my husband was diagnosed with cancer. Caring for him became my whole world, and when he passed away at home, everything shifted.

Through all of this, healing became essential. I trained as a crystal therapist and offered treatments to friends and family - but I felt something was still missing. My hands would warm and move instinctively during sessions, and I knew I was being guided toward something deeper.

Just after my 60th birthday, I made the decision to leave leave finance behind and follow the calling that had been whispering to me for years. Within six months I became a Reiki Master - and it felt like stepping into the life I was always meant to live.

Today, I feel incredibly privileged to support people through anxiety, low energy, restless sleep, emotional overwhelm, and the weight of life’s challenges. I live with chronic illness myself, and I’ve walked through trauma and profound grief. My belief in the body’s ability to heal - physically, emotionally, and energetically - is the foundation of everything I do.
