Before any treatment, I'll take time to talk about how you’re feeling, what you’re hoping to release or restore, and any areas you’d like to focus on. There is no rush, no pressure - just a safe, nurturing space created entirely for you.

All in-person sessions take place in Lichield, Staffordshire. Distance and online sessions are available for those who cannot travel.
