Reiki healing and crystal therapy are complementary therapies. They are intended to

support your overall wellbeing and work alongside - not instead of - conventional medical treatment.

Please be aware:

• Reiki and crystal therapy do not diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition

• Results may vary from person to person

• Always consult your GP or healthcare provider for any medical concerns

• Please inform Jane of any medical conditions, medications or pregnancy before your session

• If you are currently receiving medical treatment, please inform your healthcare provider that you are also receiving complementary therapy

Contraindications: Please consult your GP before booking if you have:

• A pacemaker

• Epilepsy

• Are in the first trimester of pregnancy

• Are undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy

• Have a serious psychiatric condition

Emotional responses: It is normal to experience an emotional release during or after a session. This is a natural part of the healing process. Please ensure you are well hydrated before and after your session.
