1. About These Terms These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and the services offered by Reiki & Crystal Healing With Jane, operated by Jane Powell, 29A Market Street, Lichfield, WS13 6LA.
2. Services I offer Reiki healing, crystal therapy, distance healing and Reiki training courses. All services are complementary therapies and are not a substitute for conventional medical treatment.
3. Bookings All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit is required to secure your appointment:

Healing sessions: £20 non-refundable deposit

Training courses: £50 non-refundable deposit
4. Cancellation Policy More than 48 hours notice: deposit transferable to another appointment Less than 48 hours notice: deposit is forfeited No show without notice: deposit is forfeited and a new deposit required to rebook
For training courses: More than 7 days notice: deposit transferable Less than 7 days notice: deposit is non-refundable
5. Payments Deposits are taken online at the time of booking. Remaining balances are due on the day of your appointment. We accept card and cash payments.
6. Health & Safety Please inform Jane of any medical conditions, medications or health concerns before your session. Reiki and crystal therapy are not recommended as a replacement for medical treatment. Always consult your GP for medical concerns.
7. Confidentiality All client information is treated with the strictest confidence in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.
8. Limitation of Liability Reiki & Crystal Healing With Jane accepts no liability for any adverse reactions to treatments. Clients participate in all sessions at their own risk.
9. Intellectual Property All content on this website including text, images and logos is the property of Reiki & Crystal Healing With Jane and may not be reproduced without permission.
